Richie has well over 24 years experience in the music industry. Beginning as a fresh 18 year old putting on events, becoming Director of Dance at Mushroom Records (MDS) for four years, at the age of 19, to touring some of the biggest names in dance music, Richie has experienced the industry from all spectrums. At Mushroom he was responsible for bringing labels such as Warp Records, R&S, Harthouse, Strictly Rhythm, Nervous, XL Recordings, React etc… to Australia.

i-Motion was founded in 1994 and has been at the center of the growth of electronic music in Europe's biggest territory. Nature One, founded in 1995 and one of Europe's longest running festivals; Mayday, the first major event in the history of electronic music, which was established in 1991 and currently operates in Germany, Poland and Belarus; and Ruhr-in-Love, the outdoor festival for the "electronic music family," which celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2013.

ID&T stands for the initials of three founders of the company, Irfan, Duncan and Theo, all residents of Amsterdam. All three were experienced in the art of organizing house, techno and trance parties when they created ID&T, and their goal is to organize the largest events in the Netherlands and the European electronic dance music scene.

Ultra Music Festival was founded in 1999 by business partners Russell Faibisch and Alex Omes. The first festival was held as a one-day event at the end of the Winter Music Conference in 1999 on South Beach in Miami Beach, Florida. In March 2000, the festival returned to South Beach as a one-day event. The 15th anniversary of Ultra Music Festival held in 2013 was held over two weekends for the first time ever.

Originating in Perth, as a smaller festival known as Gravity Soundwave within the Gravity Games. Soundwave is an annual music festival held in major cities around Australia. The festival originated in Perth, Western Australia and began travelling to the other Australian capital cities in 2007. It features a number of international and Australian music acts, from various genres including rock, metal and punk.
