The Nightlife Hall of Fame and Awards

ABOUT US

The mission of the Nightlife Hall of Fame & Awards is to identify and preserve nightlife history,

recognize and honor influential industry professionals, and educate our audience about industry accomplishments. The Nightlife Hall of Fame® seeks to collect, preserve, and interpret the evolving Nightlife history. Through exhibits, publications, and educational programs, we will teach its diverse audiences about the enduring beauty and cultural importance of the Nightlife industry.

GOALS

- To hold an annual event to induct around 10 new Nightlife Industry Mavens and Impresarios.
- To display historical entertainment artifacts and educate the public about Nightlife history.

ELECTION PROCESS

Election to the Nightlife Hall of Fame is the Nightlife & Club Industry's highest honor. The Nightlife Association (INA), the official trade organization of the Nightlife & Club industry, created the accolade to recognize significant contributions to the advancement of the Nightlife industry by individuals in both the creative and business communities.

Election to the Nightlife Hall of Fame is solely the prerogative of the INA. New members, elected annually by an anonymous panel of industry leaders chosen by the INA, are formally inducted in special, invitation-only ceremonies held at the Nightlife Hall of Fame® Award Shows.

MEDALLION CEREMONY

The Nightlife Hall of Fame accolade was created by the Nightlife Association(INA), the Nightlife & Club industry's official trade organization, to recognize significant contributions to the advancement of Nightlife in both the creative and business communities. Election to the Hall of Fame is solely the prerogative of the INA.

Through an agreement with the INA, the role of the Nightlife Hall of Fame® is to exhibit the profile of the members of the Hall of Fame in a space and fashion befitting the honor. New members, elected annually by a panel of industry executives chosen by the INA, are inducted formally during the Medallion Ceremony, part of the annual reunion of Nightlife Hall of Fame members hosted by the Nightlife Hall of Fame.

On that celebrated and private occasion, members of that body join the members-elect, their families, friends, and business associates to welcome the new class of honorees into their midst. Each new member-elect is inducted by a fellow Hall of Fame member, who presents them with a commemorative medallion to be worn at each subsequent reunion of the membership.

DIGITAL HALL OF FAME ROTUNDA

This Digital Hall of Fame Rotunda was designed to recognize Hall of Fame members in a style befitting the high honor of membership. Everyone recognized here is an equal.

HALL OF FAME MUSEUM

The Nightlife Hall of Fame® and Museum will be a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization and does not participate in the election. Through a licensing agreement with the INA, the Museum will exhibit the plaques commemorating membership in a space and fashion befitting the honor.

Institutional or commercial synergies are possible if you share our values and passion for clubbing, entertainment and live shows.
